Information about training
Lower Body Functional Training is one of the most intense workouts at DAR, focused on strengthening and developing the muscles of the lower body. This training helps improve the strength of the legs, glutes, and core, as well as increase stability and endurance. The trainer provides exercises that positively impact both physical and mental well-being without harming your health. After each workout, the trainer uses a massage gun to relieve muscle tension and promote faster recovery. The class is limited to 6 participants, allowing the trainer to monitor each individual's exercise execution.

Dar Sport Space - a modern sports space for men and women in the heart of Warsaw, near Browary Warszawskie. We offer a variety of workouts, such as yoga, pilates, stretching, barre and functional training.
In our classes, groups consist of up to 6 people, which allows the trainer to observe each participant and provide an individual approach. We offer training in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
