For over a year now, I have been a stretching and Pilates trainer. This is not only a passion for me but also a wonderful opportunity to meet new people. I love the incredible feeling of being able to share my knowledge and experience while also drawing inspiration from others.

I am a professional athlete who trains sprint and participates in the Polish National Team. I have 10 years of experience in my sport. I am a functional training specialist. I run personal training sessions because I love to share my knowledge and experience and inspire others to get into sport.

I have been teaching yoga for 2 years and practicing seriously for 3 years. I have international certification and numerous courses. I conduct sound healing sessions, cacao ceremonies, Osho dynamic meditations, retritas, yoga practices and nail standing sessions. I am deeply immersed in the traditions and philosophies of yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and celebrate Buddhist and Hindu holidays. I support traditional yoga, as in India, in ashrams - yoga is perfect and needs no change.
